​​​Most of us have traveled at some point or another. But how often have you stayed in one of those cookie-cutter hotels? The Inn at KD Farm wants to change your travel experience. Our mission…homestyle hospitality, luxury style!

Our mission isn’t about building your everyday Bed and Breakfast. Owners Katie and Debby have long envisioned a place where guests can relax and experience an adventure of a lifetime in a retreat-like setting with unique elements such as farm-to-table breakfasts, beautiful gardens, horse pastures, amazing Colorado views, equestrian activities, outdoor events, nightly bonfires, and weekly live music events--all within the Grand Valley, close to hiking, skiing, whitewater rafting, biking and more.

Our vision: The main house (The Inn) will feature a grand kitchen and dining room, a small gift shop featuring grab-and-go foods and novelty gifts from local artists and businesses, an on-site laundry room, a living room, two guest rooms, and a small event space. Outside, there will be a large patio with more dining space, and a fire pit. Adjacent to the Inn, there will be several 1-2 bedroom luxury barn-style cottages with private entrances and patios. For weddings or larger events, we have our outdoor covered party venue. For guests traveling with horses cross-country, we will have luxury accommodations for both!
